Hammerhead advocates safety as is evident in our design, safety accessories, owners guide, warning label and links to safety organizations. Please use a helmet whenever riding on any sled. Use our safety leash when in crowded areas such as a ski area or on a lift.

WARNINGS!

Death or Serious Injury can occur when sled is used improperly. Sledding can be a hazardous sport which can cause serious injuries.

  • Do not sled while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Read and follow the included instructions before use.
  • Use caution when operating this sled. This sled does not have brakes.
  • Sled in control at all times. It is your responsibility to avoid people and objects below you.
  • Children should not operate this sled.
  • Do not sled in crowded areas, on roads, on icy surfaces, near trees, vehicles, buildings or other obstacles.
  • Do not sled on steep slopes
  • Always ride on good snow. Ice and bare patches can cause the sled to go out of control..
  • Do not kneel, stand, or sit backwards while sledding.
  • Use protective clothing such as helmet, goggles, gloves, warm clothes.
  • Do not tow behind any motorized vehicle.
  • This sled can develop high speeds under certain conditions.
  • Only one person at a time, do not ride with others.
  • Use at your own risk.
  • Follow all instructions and safety requirements .
